We are proud to announce the release of our new wines and new label, the Duchman Family Winery!
Our award-winning wines are still produced by winemakers Dave Reilly and Mark Penna and our tasting room is still managed by the same friendly staff. But we have a new logo, a new look, and a new name.

We are very pleased to announce that our 2008 Texas Dolcetto has received a Double Gold Medal at the prestigious San Francisco International Wine Competition held this past weekend. Considered by most to be the most prestigious and influential wine competition held in the United States each year, we are truly honored to have received this tremendous recognition. The competition, held annually, is judged by a panel of some of the most respected and nationally recognized wine professionals in the world. According to the website www.sfwinecomp.com ”Judging is based on a blind, consensual procedure, ensuring competitive integrity as it remains the nation’s most respected wine competition.”
Along with the Double Gold for the 2008 Dolcetto, we are also pleased to announce that the 2009 Trebbiano and 2009 Moscato also received Silver Medals during this years competition.
For more information on purchasing these and our other award winning wines, please contact Director of Wine Sales, Bill Elsey by clicking here.

Two of our most successful and best-selling wines are almost gone! At least for the 2008 Vintage that is. The 2008 Duchman Family Winery Vermentino, recognized at several competitions and as the month of May’s “Texas Wine of the Month” in Texas Monthly Magazine, is sure to sell out this weekend. Although stock at the winery is running low, we have thankfully bottled the 2009 vintage and look to release it by the end of the summer months.
Another of our most popular and highly regarded wines from the 2008 harvest, our “Spino” Montepulciano, is almost gone as well. With less than 30 cases in the winery, this wine is sure to be sold out within a few short weeks. Our first ever Gold Medal winning wine, the 2008 Montepulciano is also the first wine to use grapes grown in our estate vineyards. Although both of these wines are nearly sold out, we still have some availability in the tasting room this weekend. Come out and see us today to get yours!
Not able to make it out to the Tasting Room? For more information about purchasing these wines online please contact us at info@mandolawines.com !
